I bring a highly organized, detail-driven approach to every itinerary I plan, combined with deep industry knowledge, trusted hotel partnerships, and firsthand travel experience. I know how to navigate the options, ask the right questions, and uncover the details that can make or break a trip.
From knowing which room categories are actually worth it, to having direct contacts at hotels, to understanding how destinations truly feel beyond what you see online—I’m here to help you make confident decisions and elevate your overall experience.
Today, I work with groups, families, couples, and busy corporate travelers planning everything from luxury Caribbean all-inclusive resorts and Disney Cruises to corporate travel and European trips. My role is to simplify the process, handle the details, and ensure your trip is seamless from start to finish.

In most cases, no—the price is the same as booking directly. The difference is that you often receive additional value, such as upgrades, daily breakfast, resort credits, and personalized support.

Yes. I can build the rest of your trip around your flights, including hotels, transfers, and overall logistics, to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

I also plan corporate and group travel—including incentive trips, retreats, and executive offsites—bringing a strategic, detail-driven approach to more complex itineraries.

It depends on the trip, but ideally:
• 9–12 months in advance for cruises, Disney, and peak travel dates
• 6–8 months in advance for most resorts and international trips
• 9–12+ months in advance for group travel, including corporate retreats, incentive trips, and room blocksThat said, shorter timelines can absolutely come together—I’ll always guide you on what’s realistic and make it as seamless as possible.

In many cases, I can step in to elevate your existing reservation—adding exclusive perks and thoughtfully overseeing the experience from that point forward. If that’s not possible, I’m still happy to support other elements of your trip.
